How do I join FM Cosmetics Thailand?
To become a distributor, you need to complete and sign our Thai Registration Form. This form must be signed by you and your sponsor, the person who introduced you to FM Cosmetics Thailand. The original of the Thai Registration Form is for FM Cosmetics Thailand keep in profile, the other copies are for your sponsor and for you. In order to complete the application process, you need to purchase a Starter Kit. If your sponsor does not have one for you, you can purchase a starter kit directly from FM Cosmetics Thailand. You also can download the PDF version of the Registration Form; you can send the completed and signed application by mail to us. We will keep original, and send the other copies back for your sponsor and you. Also in order to complete the application process, you need to transfer money to purchase a starter kit. We will send your starter kit in the same time of your Registration Form.
If you do not have a sponsor with FM Cosmetics Thailand we will assign one of our leaders to you, and have them contact you.
How can I get my password?
Once your registration application has been received it will take approximately two (2) days to process including assigning your password. We will send your details by email and/or sms, you also can contact our head office where we will provide you with your password upon verification.
Our Starter Kit costs 900 Baht or 2500 Baht or 3500 Baht and consists of:
20 Fragrance samples or 100 Fragrance samples or 161 Fragrance samples (1.4ml each)
Please note that the exclusive fragrance samples (No.'s 141-170) are not included in the Starter Kit.
What does the starter kit include?
Samples of fragrances, a registration form for a new distributor, one marketing plan booklet, one fragrance catalogue, price list, all current leaflets and a pen.
How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed in person, by phone (+662 255 1972-3 attn. 102-105), email (order@fmgroupthailand.com) or fax (+662 651 3800). Orders placed and paid before 12 noon will be shipped the same business day. If you have any questions about your order please contact our head office.
What are the shipping Costs?
Shipping cost will charge depends on weight of parcels and destinations as divide on our delivery zone, you won’t pay the shipping costs anywhere in Thailand if you order more than 525 points (see more details about delivery in Distributor's Zone)
Can I place and pick up my order in person?
Yes, you are able to come to the office to place and pick up your order during our office hours.
What are the payment methods?
Payment can be made by: Cash, Cheque and Bank Transfer. Your orders will be in our next proczess after we have received the payment only.

What should I do if the product is damaged?
If you notice that a product is damage please inform us immediately and provide a description of what happened to your products.
What to do if my client is not satisfied with the fragrance?
Please remember that the purpose of your Starter Kit is to help your client to choose the fragrance they wish to buy by trying the sample first. The scents in the bottle are identical to that of the sample.
Will FM Cosmetics Thailand offer new products?
Yes, we plan on increasing our products list. You will be informed about new products through our web site.
If I am already FM GROUP distributor in other countries, how can I purchase product in Thailand branch?
You can purchase product in Thailand branch but you will be getting points for purchases only with limit to 550.80 points per month.
Can foreigner register to be distributor in Thailand?
By the Law of Thailand, foreigner cannot register to be distributor of FM Cosmetics (Thailand) Ltd.,
What are the commission payment rules?
The commission payment rules are as follows:
1. We can issue a check at our office for distributors who don't have a bank account.
2. Your commission will be paid to you only if you send a REQUEST PAPER to us by email or fax, (you can download the PDF form in Distributor's Zone).
3. For your benefits, we suggest you to have BANGKOK BANK account to receive your commission, so you do not need to pay the transfer fee.
4. All FM Group distributors can track their commission level and accumulated group points for the current month by clicking on the Current Tree section.
Can I add to an order I have already placed?
Yes, but only up to 15 minutes after you placed the original order. It is not possible to do it any later as the order is already being processed and prepared to be sent to you. We want to avoid missing any products in the parcels. So please prepare your order carefully and be very clear about the items you request
